Handling your complaint
Once a complaint has been received, the Bank shall investigate the complaint competently, promptly and impartially, and provide remedial action.
Escalation to the office of the Ombudsperson for Financial Services:
In the event that you are dissatisfied with the decision of the Bank, or should you not receive a reply within 10 days from the date the complaint was made, you may refer your complaint to the office of the Ombudsperson:
